Very nice, Mike! What death metal tune did you use here? And when are you going to get out there in your piece of junk and tear up those cones? I must admit I liked how you got the engine noise receding into the distance at the end of your video. What tool did you use to put this together? Mac?
Thanks! I'm very proud of this, actually. Me putting this on my blog is the equivalent of a little kid bringing a picture home for Mom to put on the fridge. :)
The song is Hyperpower! by Nine Inch Nails. I wanted something short, since I knew I didn't have enough footage to make anything much longer, and I liked the mix of the music with the engine noise.
Next year, I'm out there killing cones, even if if it means I'll probably crash.
I used Adobe Premier Elements, which I highly recommend. A complete newbie can sit down and just 5 hours later have a 1 minute 30 second clip assembled, just like that!
