To get much further than 120ish, you've got to be able to shoot a constant barrage of nukes. This will get you further--about up to the point where a nuke is no longer a one-shot, one-kill weapon! (I think that would happen around level 180ish).

I'm not sure how anybody ever gets past that point, but the forums seem to say that they do. I'd like to see a video of such a game--it has to be amazing!
